OK. Just so you can all be jealous, here's what's on the calendar for this month's menu:
French onion pork, herb wine chicken, rouladen, sweet and sour chicken, chicken and potato skillet, apple meatloaf, calzones, qpricot tenderloins (we had this tonight and it was AWSOME!!), lasagne, cheese and ham quiche, chicken parmesan, and taco roll ups. Doesn't that sound awsome?! The best part is, I didn't cook most of it. Yeah!!!
Next month we're having moroccan chicken kabobs, sesame salmon, parmesan pork cutlets, gourmet burgers, creamy peanut chicken, turkey tend. with blueberry compote, asian shrimp kabobs, chicken thighs braised in white wine, chocolate ricotta cake (YUMMY), pork tend. with pineapple salsa, cinamon rolls (to die for!!), and french dip sandwiches. Isn't your mouth watering now? Mine is. Loving this cooking co-op. We have a yahoo group now - see link on right to join. Let me know what recipes you want and we'll put them up in the group.
