Spooky houses, pumpkins, friends and a recipe!

The house I was telling you about from a little farther back.
Can you tell which 3 pumpkins are ours??

My chick friend.
And I had a request for the yummy Oatmeal PB cookies so here it is:
1/2 c margarine
1/2 c pb
3/4 c brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1 1/4 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 c honey
3/4 c regular rolled oats
1/3 c chopped unsalted peanuts
Preheat 350 and grease cookie sheets. Cream margarine, pb, brown sugar, and vanilla together well; add the egg and beat until light and fluffy. Sift the flour, salt, and baking powder together; add to the dough along with the honey and mix well. Stir the rolled oats and the peanuts.
Drop by tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheets. Bake about 12 min, or until they are beginning to brown. Remove to a cooling rack.
Glaze:
1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
2 tbs honey
about 1 tbsp. water
Mix sugar, honey, and water together using just enough water to make a thick, runny glaze. Spread on cookies while they are still warm, using a pastry brush. Let dry several hours or overnight. Makes about 36 cookies.
This recipe was taken from my The Milk Free Kitchen book by Beth Kidder. Excellent book if you need it.
