Mii cupcakes

OMGoodness!! I NEED to know how to make these cupcakes. Help someone!! Hailey is having a Wii party and these would be GREAT. How to go about doing the mii's......

I think you need to use the folled fondant - you can make it like I did for your cake - better yet, buy a box at Michael's.
