Busy busy busy

We’ve been busy around here with things ending and others beginning.  AWANAS (Bible study/memorization) is over and they all did great.  Gymnastics has begun and they ALL LOVE it!  Especially their teacher.  She is amazing.  A-Man can rock some rings.  Pics coming soon. 

CC has ended and the Bug made Memory Master.  That is quite an accomplishment considering the work.  The boys almost made mini masters and I’m sure they will get it next year.  She had a 45 min. oral recitation test on Monday, and a final 20 min. one today. …. I’m lucky to remember what I had for dinner yesterday.  I guess that means she gets it from her daddy. 

Ray and the kiddos have been going fishing quite a bit.

 

Pop Pop and Gran came for a visit and we had a great time.  We did a lot of puzzle work (Gran- A-Man finished his Star Wars puzzle today!), and they even got in some art lessons. 

The Bug convinced her Pop pop to do a dragon for her.  Which she loves.

 

Not sure if it or the tiger from a couple of years ago is going over her “new” bed.  We decided to move her into the guest room so she now has a BIG room and a bathroom all to herself, which she is very excited and happy about.  She said the walls can even stay blue since that’s the color she wanted to paint in her room.  Now we’ll have to redo her room for one of the monkey boys to move into.  I think that will be very nice, and we can spread out the lego and playmobil into two rooms.  Since it’s sooo nice, we are trying to do some school outside, but it’s so hard to not get distracted out there.  My garden is doing very well.  I have Kale, lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, a pumpkin vine, stevia, strawberries, and some rhubarb going.  I’ll be adding in some other stuff later.  The herbs look great- I have enough oregano for a small italian village.  Well, that’s all for now!  See you all soon.
